The liner is protected by a galvanised mild steel frame. The liner inlet which is 350 mm in diameter has a glass reinforced polypropylene screw cap fitted with an EPDM O-ring seal as standard. The outlet is a 50mm single union UPVC ball valve fitted with EPDM seals. The CPL is produced in 900 litre standard capacity. The CPL frame can be painted to provide corporate identification or to identify IBC contents. The liner can be moulded in black polyethylene to provide added UV protection for contents. The CPL can also be provided with a variety of outlet configurations to suit individual requirements. |

storage of hazardous liquids.
4 way fork lift truck entry. Low centre of gravity for stability in storage and transport. UN Group II approved. The HGM liner is rotationally moulded in natural coloured UV stabilised linear medium density polyethylene. The liner is protected by a galvanised mild steel frame with 5 mm thick mesh leaving access at the front of the IBC to the outlet valve. The base of the frame has an integral four way fork truck entry with an anti-tilt facility. The HGM is also produced in 1200 litre standard capacity. The HGM frame can be painted to provide corporate identification or to identify IBC contents. The liner can be moulded in black polyethylene to provide added UV protection for contents. The HGM 1000 can also be provided with a variety of outlet configurations to suit individual requirements. |
