How to order
To ensure we always put forward the best prices possible, we quote all enquiries on application. This allows us to factor in bulk discounts and work out the most cost effective way to deliver your order. Ultimately making sure that you are quoted the best prices for the products you need. Requesting a quote and placing an order is quick and easy, with a number of methods to choose from:
Online – Simply browse the website and add the products you are interested in to your basket. When you have finished shopping click “request quote”, enter your details and your request will be sent directly to our sales team who will reply with your quotation. For single product enquiries use our “quick quote” option. When you find the product you need, click the "quick quote” option, enter just a few details and your request will be sent straight through to our sales team who will reply with your quote. To go ahead simply reply with your PO number (if you have one) and we will set up the order.

Shipping and Delivery
With such a diverse product range shipping times and delivery costs vary from product to product. Each product listed on the site shows an estimated delivery time, based on typical stock levels and production times. Many products are held in stock, available for immediate despatch within a day or two. If you are working to a tight deadline, let us know and we will always do our best to deliver your order in line with your requirements. Delivery costs are quoted on an order by order basis, subject to the size of the order and delivery location. Using our network of shipping options we will quote based on the optimum delivery service for your products and location.
We are well equipped to work on large projects and bulk requirements. In many cases additional discount can be applied when buying in bulk, thanks to savings we can make in production and transportation. We offer credit accounts to repeat customers, allowing orders to be placed in writing with just a purchase order number. Contact us to apply for a credit account and we will send you an application form.
Certificates of conformity
Many of our products are manufactured from material that is certified as suitable for food contact and we are able to supply supporting certificates of conformity. This includes all rotoX products, so if the part number contains rotoX, rest assured that the product you are using is safe and certified for food contact applications. If you can’t find exactly what you need or have a specific requirement we may be able to put forward a bespoke solution. With our own manufacturing capability and network of suppliers, we have worked on many projects to deliver tailor made equipment to suit specific jobs.
