With a capacity of 17.2 litres, the RFSCW18 is one of the largest polycarbonate containers and offers excellent storage capacity for users with large quantities of ingredients. Constructed from robust polycarbonate, these round food containers can comfortable withstand temperatures ranging from -40ºC - 99ºC and are resistant to odours, staining and food acids/oils. A round design not only allows better air ventilation and makes cleaning easier, but also makes stirring easier. The metric and imperial graduations on the front allow for easy inventory management at a glance and moulded-in handles provide greater carrying capability with hot contents. Each polycarbonate container can be supplied with a cover or sealable lid to prolong product freshness.
