The RFS18 is a 17.2 litre ingredient storage container which combines a very large storage capacity with adequate portability. Plastic carrying handles enable the user greater control over the RFS18 and also protection from any hot contents being carried. Made from natural white polyethylene, these round containers are resistant to damage from impacts, stains and chemicals. Slightly sturdier than polypropylene, the polyethylene range of food containers is great for storing fruit, vegetables and other perishable foods which can be easily damaged. They are also suitable for use in freezers, with an effective temperature range of -40ºC to 70ºC. The metric/imperial volume scale on the front allows for easy inventory management at a glance, while the container's round design is better for increasing air circulation. To reduce the risk of cross-contamination, a plastic lid can be provided.
