Rotationally moulded, the HYGIBOX155 is unlike any injection moulded Euro plastic crate. The stress-free moulding process that it undertakes ensures an incredibly strong and durable plastic stacking container that will not crack or break under normal conditions. Its construction also helps to eliminate the risk of product contamination through swarf (plastic flaking). Standard injection moulded plastic trays weaken and degrade over time or through use, and it is this degradation that produces swarf (tiny flakes of plastic) that can contaminate products and result in product recalls.
